About The Promise Chronicle
The Promise Chronicle is a newsletter dedicated to improving Christians’ everyday lives with practical tips and encouraging reads. It was born out of a heartfelt realization: many Christians, though faithful, weren’t experiencing the full joy and abundant life God intended.

I noticed that some of my friends struggled to grasp what it truly means to be a “Spirit-Led Believer” or how to live a thriving Christian life. To help, I began writing simple, relatable stories and articles—Christian playbooks or cheat-sheet guides rooted in Scripture—something I did for myself when I first believed. It was my way, as a new believer, to create my own “playbook or cheat sheet.” What started as a small effort quickly resonated with others and grew into something much bigger.
"Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit." (Galatians 5:25)
Each edition offers Holy Spirit led Bible-inspired ideas, that are actionable steps, and fresh perspectives to help believers:
Live in God’s purpose: "For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do." (Ephesians 2:10)
Deepen our faith: "Faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word about Christ." (Romans 10:17)
Walk confidently in God’s promises: "Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for He who promised is faithful." (Hebrews 10:23)
If we do these three things together, we will undoubtedly live a life that is full and abundant, filled with the peace and joy of the Lord.

Holy Spirit-Filled Believers
As Holy Spirit-filled believers, we are empowered to live lives that reflect God’s truth, love, and purpose. The Holy Spirit is our guide, teacher, and source of strength, enabling us to walk in alignment with God’s will and bear lasting fruit for His glory.
"But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you." (John 14:26)
We believe that through the Holy Spirit:
We are transformed: "Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind." (Romans 12:2)
We are guided in truth: "When the Spirit of truth comes, He will guide you into all truth." (John 16:13)
We bear spiritual fruit: "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control." (Galatians 5:22-23)
We are bold in our faith: "For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love, and self-discipline." (2 Timothy 1:7)
As Spirit-filled believers, we commit to seeking God’s presence daily, walking in faith and obedience, and sharing the hope of Christ with the world. We believe that through the Holy Spirit, we can live abundantly, serve powerfully, and impact the world for His kingdom.
"Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us, to Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen." (Ephesians 3:20-21)
